 PAYMENT QUESTIONS
1. What type of payment do we accept?
Our terms are PRE-PAID only. You will need to send payment by:
- Wire Transfer, or a
- Certified Bank Check.
Our International customers will need to make payment by
- Swift Telegraphic / Transfer, Bank to Bank.
- We will not accept any letters of credit, or C.O.D. Shipments.
If you are visiting our factory on our BUY & FLY program. We will accept a Bank Check payable in Canadian Dollars if it can be paid thru a Major Canadian Bank.
2. Want to visit our Factory, BUY & FLY?
If you are interested in our BUY & FLY factory training program and have Seen and Executed our Agreement for a Sole Master Exclusive Distributorship in your area or in Country. ( 25 machine order minimum )
- You must make your own travel arrangements yourself.
- We will train you on all aspects of our machines.
- We give you hands on experience on assembling and calibrating , full machine training.
- Proven ways of marketing our machines.
 SHIPPING QUESTIONS
1. How do we ship our machines?
In the Canada, all machines are shipped F.O.B. from Vancouver by Federal Express, UPS or BAX Global 2 to 3 day airfreight, unless otherwise specified. All Export shipments are sent F.O.B. from Vancouver by BAX Global 3 to 5 day airfreight.
2. How do we package our machines?
Five ( 5 ) machines are shipped five (5) separate boxes. An owners manual comes with each shipment, the weight of each box is 20 kilo's and the dimensions of each box is: 384 mm x 464 mm x 152 mm.
3. Customs brokers?
In most Countries the shipping Company will do the Customs clearance, or brokerage for you. They will contact you upon your shipment arrival and ask for your instructions.
